Interview IIUM Medical Center

Hai hai~!

This things only my husband and I know about, but a lot of things happened while working in HKL.. I was under a lot of stress, with works, with my personal life, with finance. I couldn't coup and I was not happy at all. See why my blog not updated for 1 year?

So I give 1 month notice to resign and joined private. Life was good, I'm happy, money is more than enough but I was bored with the cold cases. 

Then come new year, problem arises. I haven't completed my compulsory service. 10 months left to complete 2 years of it. Why? because I was dumb enough not to call MMC regarding the resignation. 

My advice to all doctors, MO especially... THERE'S 2 YEARS OF COMPULSORY SERVICE!!! after you're fully registered with MMC. And so they advised me to complete that ajsfkajgfkjas thing. 

How? 

• Apply for contract MO with KKM just to complete compulsory service
• Apply for any government body; LPPKN, AKDK, Majlis Perbandaran?
• Apply for public institution; university or university hospital 

I applied everywhere that has opening for medical officer. Anywhere. I was hoping for nearby ones to reply especially PPUM / PPUKM.

The first reply I received was from IIUM Medical Center, Kuantan, inviting me for interview on 1/3/2018. So I went for the interview. 

There's so many people. Not only MO, there's dentists, pharmacists, assistant pharmacists, dietitians, staff nurses. For MO, the interview was done in group, we're divided into 2 groups. I was in the second. The interviewer was Pengarah Hospital, staff from Kuantan and Gombak HR, and another doctor I can't remember. 

They asked us to introduced ourselves; name, where we live, graduated when and where, housemanship when and where, moship where, why we choose IIUM Medical Center and which field we're interested in. So we did, one by one. I was last. 

Then the Pengarah Hospital (also HOD Orthopaedic) explained about the hospital blablabla.. it was actually quite relaxing. No medical question at all. *relieved* 

After that, my husband and I went for a date at Teluk Chempedak. Hihihi~ 

3 months later, I received offer letter to work at IIUM Medical Center as permanent Medical Officer. Ahhh, the headache comes again but Alhamdulillah. Headache lah because my hubby works in KL and I have to work in Kuantan.. haiyaaaa~ 

Maybe its for the best. Allah is the best planner. Berserah je lah.

Kemudian berdoa: “Ya Allah, lembutkanlah hatinya sepertimana Engkau melembutkan bagi Daud akan besi.” Isteri juga boleh membaca doa ini sewaktu suami tidur. Hembuskan di tapak tangan dan letakkan di hati (dada) suami. Mudah-mudahan Allah SWT lembutkan hatinya.

Amin ya Rabbal ’alamin.”
